About
I am microbiologist and bacterial cell-wall biologist specialising L,D-transpeptidases dependent Peptidoglycan remodelling and host-microbes interaction. My contribution how bacteria modify the chemical and STEREOchemical compotion of PG to adapt to sarrounding environmental stress, antbiotics and symbioptic interactions.
My work has focused on Atypical-Non Canonical AAs incorporation in to PG and thire physical role. My research interest includes bacterial cell- wall biology, PG remodelling , antibiotics adaptation and host-microbes interactions.
