I joined MCM DAV College, Chandigarh, as a Lecturer & Head, Department of Public Administration in 1991. My current designation is that of Associate Professor and Head of the Department. I have a long association of almost 26 years with the College. I have good writing, administrative and oratory skills. I am also proficient in the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the teaching-learning processes.
