About

Pramod Kumar Patel (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronics and telecommunications from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, India, in 1999, and the M.Tech. degree in VLSI and embedded system design and the Ph.D. degree in nanoscience and engineering from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India, in 2009 and 2019, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IES College of Technology, Bhopal. His current research interests include nanoscale devices and their applications and low power VLSI design and reliable SRAM architecture.
