About
Mingfu Li received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. From 1998 to 2003, he worked as an Associate Researcher in the Telecommunication Laboratories at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., Taoyuan, Taiwan, where he investigated related techniques on time and frequency synchronization. From 2004 to 2005, he worked as an associated engineer in the Multimedia Department of Northern Taiwan Business Group, Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., and was responsible for the construction of Multimedia-On-Demand (MOD) system or interactive TV system. Since 2006, he has been a Faculty Member of Electrical Engineering at Chang Gung University, Taoyuan, Taiwan, where he is currently a Professor. Since 2018, he has also been a Researcher of Neuroscience Research Center, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 33305, Taiwan. Since 2026, he has served as the department chair of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include multimedia networks, high speed networks, wireless networks, mobile IPTV, smart homes, IoTs and quantum computing.
