Dr. Adiba Sultana
Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, National University of Singapore, Soochow University
About
My research interests encompass bioinformatics with a focus on single-cell RNA sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing, and microarray-based cancer gene expression analysis. I am particularly interested in molecular signature identification, precision medicine, and drug repositioning strategies. Additionally, I work on statistical modeling, multivariate statistical techniques, and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence across diverse biomedical and clinical domains.
