Dr. Sonia Chawla is presently working as a Professor in the Department of Humanities and Management, Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar. She had received her Ph.D. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She is also a Fellow of Cost and Management Accountants of India. She is also a Fellow of Cost & Management Accountants of India. Her primary research interests are in the areas of Service Quality Measurement, Financial Economics, Portfolio Management, and Cost Accounting. Specifically, she works on Financial intermediary, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Governance issues.
