N. Thinakaran is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry, Alagappa Government Arts College, Karaikudi, India. He received his Ph.D degree in 2008 from Anna University, Chennai. His research is focused on the development of high surface area carbon based modified electrodes for the detection of metal ions & organic molecules, wastewater treatment and metal ion removal.
