About
My PhD research explores the potential of Ayurvedic herbs in managing postpartum depression and its related systemic effects. Adopting a multidisciplinary approach, the study combines qualitative techniques, computational methods such as network pharmacology, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations with experimental validation in rodent models. It examines the effects of herbal interventions on neurotransmitter regulation, inflammation, and metabolic health. Through this work, I have developed a broad skill set spanning in silico modeling, phytochemical analysis, in vivo experimentation, behavioral neuroscience, immunohistochemistry, and statistical data interpretation, along with competencies in scientific communication, teamwork, and research management.
