Puneet Kumar has worked with People Metrics Pvt Ltd., an Indian subsidiary of Thomas Assessment. He has experience in conducting Behavioural Assessments and Psychometric Analyses of Employees. He is a graduate of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and completed his master's from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He is a doctorate of Philosophy in the discipline of management from IGNOU and pursuing research in the area of ‘Employee Engagement’. He specializes in the field of Employee Engagement, Ethical Climate, Emotional Intelligence, and Organizational Politics.
