About

Shwetakshi Mishra is currently pursuing her PhD in Environmental Biotechnology from BITS Pilani, K.K. Birla, Goa Camous, Goa. She is a meritorious student and actively participates in various national and international events. She has received many honours and prizes in competitions like the IITM Pune national essay competitions, International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition, International Youth Math Challenge, Powergrid painting contest, etc. She has represented Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Goa state in the International Science Festival, National Children Science Congress, Jawaharlal Nehru National Science Exhibition, and Inspire award. She is also a shot put player and won medals at the Bangaluru and Mumbai athletic meets. She is a writer in the Current Science journal and published about 60 science articles, reports, reviews and papers in reputed journals, magazines, and newsletters.
