Dr. Farhan Sufyan

About

Dr. Farhan Sufyan is currently working as an Assistant Professor and affiliated with the Department of Computer Applications, School of Computing Science & Engineering, Galgotias University, located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Prior to that, he also worked as an Assistant Professor at Auro University and Dyal Singh College, Delhi University. He holds a Ph.D. degree from South Asian University (SAU) in New Delhi, India. Dr. Sufyan completed his Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.Sc. Hons) from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India.

Dr. Farhan Sufyan has consistently demonstrated exceptional merit and dedication throughout his academic journey. He has successfully qualified for renowned national-level examinations such as UGC-NET (University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test) and GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). His outstanding academic performance has been recognized through various scholarships, including UGC-MANF (University Grants Commission-Maulana Azad National Fellowship) and SAU Ph.D. Fellowship.

Dr. Sufyan's research interests lie primarily in the areas of Cloud Computing, IoT (Internet of Things), Edge Computing, and Fog Computing. He has made significant contributions to the academic community through the publication of his research work in esteemed international journals like IEEE TSNM, IEEE Access, and IETE Journal Research, as well as reputable international conferences. Furthermore, he actively serves as a reviewer for several distinguished journals, including Journal of Network and Systems Management, Journal of Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, Journal of Grid Computing, Journal of Supercomputing and Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, and Internet Society
