I am a dedicated and passionate person specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). With an unwavering commitment to advancing knowledge and practices in HRM, I have immersed myself in rigorous academic pursuits and practical applications to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.

I obtained my master's in human resource management from Bengaluru City University. I cultivated a strong foundation in HRM principles, organizational behavior, HRM strategies, labor relations, talent development, and strategic management.

My research interests lie at the intersection of HRM and organizational performance. I am particularly intrigued by employee engagement, talent management, turnover, Retention, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, and leadership development. I aim to bridge theoretical frameworks with practical applications to drive meaningful improvements in workplace dynamics and organizational outcomes.

I have contributed to scholarly journals and conferences, where I have shared my research findings and insights with the academic community. My published work aims to provide evidence-based solutions to contemporary HRM challenges and offers a foundation for future research.
