About

I am Geethani Mahalekamge, currently reading for a PhD at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. I worked as a lecturer at the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. I completed a Master of Business Administration at the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, with a merit pass in 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (Special) Degree in Human Resource from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, with First class Honours in 2014. My research areas include Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Psychology.
