About
Dr. Mohan Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce & Management at SGT University, Gurugram. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University and has qualified UGC-NET/JRF multiple times in both Commerce and Management. His academic and research career spans a broad spectrum of themes including AI-driven business transformation, entrepreneurial behaviour, MSME finance, digital learning ecosystems, bibliometric analysis, and higher education research. Dr. Kumar has published extensively in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, with contributions appearing in Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Inderscience, IEEE Xplore, and IGI Global. His scholarship includes systematic reviews, bibliometric studies, empirical analyses, and conceptual explorations focusing on technology, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. He has also authored two books and holds two published patents in the areas of AI-enabled fraud detection and machine-learning–based ERP optimization. In addition to his research contributions, Dr. Kumar plays an active academic leadership role as Program Coordinator for the Online BBA Program. He has supervised Ph.D. and postgraduate scholars, organized faculty development programmes and international conferences, and contributed to curriculum design, KRA–KPI policy frameworks, and digital pedagogy initiatives. His work reflects a strong commitment to impactful, interdisciplinary, and technology-enabled research.
