I bring over 15 years of experience using skills like sequencing and sample preparation in the field to the table. Presently, I am working as a Assistant Professor, Maulana Azad College of Arts Science and Commerce: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. I have completed my Ph.D. degree in Microbiology. My area of research interest is related to Molecular biology and metagenomics research. I have rich experience of DNA barcoding, Metagenomics, Genotyping, small genome sequencing. I carried out various molecular techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, real-time PCR techniques, Sanger sequencing (3130XL and 3730), NGS library preparation (metagenomics, Soyabean genotyping, Transcriptomics, Small genome sequencing) and NGS machine run setup on MiSeq and NexSeq 500. I had goodly handed sophisticated machines like NGS machine (MiSeq and NexSeq 500), Sanger sequencing (3130XL and 3730), Agilent Tape station, Coveris, Qubit, RT PCR, Automated DNA and RNA extraction machine (Thermo fisher and Qiagen) and so on.
