About
I am an Associate Professor at the Jindal School of Environment and Sustainability, O.P. Jindal Global University, with training in Zoology from the University of Delhi. My research focuses on circadian biology, animal behaviour and avian acoustics. I examine how artificial light and altered night environments affect biological clocks, behaviour, reproduction, cognition, and fitness. My work contributes to understanding the ecological and health implications of light pollution in rapidly changing environments. I am also deeply engaged in undergraduate teaching and mentoring, guiding student research projects in behavioural biology and ecology.
