About
As a researcher and academician in the field of Mechanical Engineering, I am dedicated to advancing sustainable energy systems and developing new technologies for cleaner and more efficient energy production. I am currently serve as a Senior Research Associate under the Scientists’ Pool Scheme (CSIR) at the Engine Research Laboratory of the Mechanical Engineering Department, IIT Kanpur, where I associated with several researchers and students in various projects in pursuit of cutting-edge research in the field. My latest work were "LCA and TCO Assessment for CBG,CNG and Gasoline
Fuelled ICEVs vis-a-vis BEVs" & "LCA and TCO analysis of BEV, HEV vs ICEV in India". I also worked as an Assistant Professor (Research) at Chandigarh University for a period. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Agartala, I have published over 24 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings, and have co-authored a book chapter in the field of combustion and alternative fuels. My research interests are focused on the development of sustainable energy systems, combustion, and alternative fuels, including biofuels such as biodiesel and alcohol. I am committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation, where individuals can come together to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing our world today. Overall, my expertise and contributions to the field of Mechanical Engineering make me a valuable asset to any organization looking to advance sustainable energy systems and make a positive impact on society
