About
Hi,
I'm a researcher in electrical machine design, especially PM motors. So I graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Allahabad Agriculture Institute. After graduation, I joined the South Delhi Municipal Corporation as an electrical engineer, where I learned a lot. During my tenure at SDMC, I was posted in the Planning Department to execute electrical work and many projects, such as hospital construction, school maintenance, market beautification, and tendering work as per CPWD norms. After that, I joined IIT Ropar for a M.tech program in power engineering. Working in the Machine Design Lab gave me experience with many software programs, such as Ansys Maxwell, JMAG, and Motor-CAD, and analytical skills to design a more efficient electrical machine that fulfils industry demands. I also have experience in energy regulation and power market analysis at CER-IITK as a project engineer. Currently, I'm working as a researcher in machine design at IIT Delhi and as a reviewer in IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification, Transactions on Industrial Applications, Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Open Journal of Power Electronics, and flagship conferences such as ICEM, ECCE, IECON, ONCON, PEDES, TPEC, and KPEC, etc. I also received the best paper award at PEDES 2024, Mangalore, India; the IEEE-IES SYPA award at IECON, Chicago, USA; and RSTA at IIT Delhi.
