About
A senior PhD candidate specializing in cancer nanomedicine, with a research focus on nanovesicle‑based drug delivery systems for targeted therapy in breast cancer. My doctoral work centers on preparing cell‑derived nanovesicles as biomimetic carriers to enhance tumor selectivity, improve intracellular delivery, and reduce off‑target toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents.
Expertise encompasses advanced mammalian cell culture (including maintenance of cancer cell lines, development of 2D/3D in vitro models), functional cytotoxicity assays (MTT/XTT, clonogenic assays, apoptosis analysis, LDH Release) and molecular biology techniques for core protein and gene expression analysis (Western Blot and qRT-PCR).
Parallelly developed a background in nanotechnology, including the synthesis of inorganic and organic nanoparticles, surface functionalization, drug loading, and comprehensive physicochemical characterization of nanoparticles (NTA, DLS, zeta potential, TEM, SEM, drug loading/release kinetics).
My broader interests lie in translational nanomedicine, extracellular vesicle‑inspired systems, and cell‑based drug delivery strategies for breast cancer and immuno‑oncology.
I actively collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, contribute to manuscript preparation and conference presentations, and aim to bridge fundamental nanoscience with clinically relevant cancer therapeutics.
