About
My research focuses on the exploration of beneficial microorganisms from harsh and extreme environments, with particular emphasis on the identification and characterization of thermostable enzymes for industrial applications. My work aims to discover robust microbial biocatalysts with potential use in diverse biotechnological processes.
In addition, I employ bioinformatics and structural biology approaches to investigate the structure–function relationships of industrially important enzymes, particularly proteases and lipases. By integrating computational analyses with experimental studies, my research seeks to understand the molecular determinants of enzyme stability, specificity, and catalytic efficiency, thereby facilitating the development of improved enzymes for industrial and biotechnological applications.
