About
Dr. Preeti Goel is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, GGSIPU, Delhi. She completed her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, India in October 2024. She is UGC NET qualified with JRF in Commerce and completed her M.Com and B.Com(H) from Delhi University. She has over seven years of teaching experience in management subjects like Economics, Quantitative Techniques, Marketing Management, Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, Business Environment, etc. She has also worked as a Guest Lecturer in Aditi Mahavidyalaya, DU and SOL Classes, DU. She is a keen researcher, has published several research papers in Scopus-Indexed, UGC-Care Listed and double peer-reviewed journals as well as book chapters and remain in a continuous process of learning by participating in various conferences, workshops, seminars, FDPs, etc.
