About

I am a Plant Genomics Scientist dedicated to unlocking the genetic potential of medicinal and aromatic plants through multi-omics approaches, computational biology, and AI-driven discovery. My research focuses on genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics to uncover key genes and pathways involved in secondary metabolite biosynthesis, stress response, and plant-microbe interactions.

With expertise in whole genome analysis, co-expression studies, and comparative genomics, I aim to bridge the gap between traditional plant-based medicine and modern bioinformatics to drive innovation in plant-derived therapeutics and sustainable agriculture. My work contributes to discovering novel bioactive compounds with potential applications in cancer therapy, antimicrobial resistance, and human health.

I am passionate about collaborating across disciplines, from academia to industry, to develop AI-powered solutions for plant-based drug discovery and explore genome-guided strategies for crop improvement. Through my research, I strive to translate genomic insights into real-world applications that benefit both science and society.
