His research interest includes GaN HEMT for High power application, Semiconductor device modeling, design and simulation of high speed and low power VLSI circuits. He has published more than 15 paper in various reputed Journals. He is an active reviewer for the Journals IEEE TED, Electronics Material and RF & Microwave CAD.
