About
PhD graduate from BRIC–Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) with expertise in antimicrobial resistance (AMR), microbial genomics, molecular epidemiology, and translational diagnostics. My research focuses on multidrug-resistant Gram-negative ESKAPE pathogens, AMR evolution, comparative genomics, whole genome sequencing, and rapid molecular diagnostics for clinically relevant and public health applications. I am particularly interested in understanding resistance dissemination through mobile genetic elements and applying genomics-driven approaches to strengthen AMR surveillance and development of clinically deployable diagnostic solutions.
