About
I investigate the molecular mechanisms of fast-acting antidepressants such as ketamine and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). I utilize mouse models to simulate depression traits and to understand the influence of ketamine or ECT. I employ NMR spectroscopy to study brain metabolism changes and proteomics to examine how proteins are impacted during disease conditions. This approach deepens our understanding of depression and potential interventions.
