A highly dedicated, professional, and accomplished Assistant Professor with extensive knowledge of research and teaching Computer Science and Information Technology. I have extensively researched the field of security with focus on Networks, Cybersecurity and IOT. Taught Graduate and Undergraduate level courses. Looking for a challenging position as a Research Scientist/ Faculty/ Assistant Professor/ to utilize my technical skills for the growth of the Institution while adding to my personal growth. I can work effectively under pressure with tight guidelines with a can-do attitude. I believe my biggest strength lies in Communication, Presentation and Management Skills. Committed to public service in the form of research and education.
My research work embodied in the thesis is entitled as “IMPROVING LAYER 2 SECURITY PROTOCOLS FOR INTERNET OF THINGS COMMUNICATION”. During my PhD I extensively researched the field of security with focus on Networks, Cybersecurity, IOT and its utilization in diverse fields like industries, automobiles, healthcare, environmental monitoring, smart homes etc. I have worked on ZigBee
protocol. And proposed security architectures that addressed the security constraints of data being transferred by employing different encryption techniques at layer 2 of communication protocol. I have also developed a new encryption and decryption algorithm based on ASCII, Binary Bit sequence. I have reviewed cryptographic parameters like authentication, confidentiality, integrity, and availability and further developed a lightweight node authentication protocol i.e., an Identity Authentication Protocol using ECC.
