About
I completed my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India 22 December 2021. The prime objective of the Ph.D. research work was to fabricate perovskite solar cells by applying CZTS-based hole-transporting material. In this study, I have synthesized CZTS and wet itching by HCL to the CZTS surface for a suitable balanced compositional stoichiometry ratio for photovoltaic application.
Previously I have completed my Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from, Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha in the year 2009 and a Master of Technology from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Odisha in the year 2014 respectively.
I am a highly inquisitive and meticulous researcher having 6 years of experience in designing, executing, and troubleshooting experimental research in materials science for sensor applications. I am looking forward to using my microelectronics background to make advances in the semiconductor industry. I'm willing to relocate for the right opportunity.✓ My field of expertise includes developing 1D and 2D carbon nanomaterials with inorganic semiconducting conducting material/ Metal-organic framework composites for photovoltaic applications.
