About
Dr. Bhoopesh is having an experience of over 19 years in teaching, research and academic administration in Forensic Science and related areas. He is currently working as a Professor of Forensic Science at SGT University, India. Previously, he has worked as an Associate Professor and Programme Leader, Forensic Science at Amity University Dubai (UAE) for approximately 9 years, and as an Assistant Professor at Amity University Uttar Pradesh (Noida, India) for approximately 6 years. He has several research papers published in various peer-reviewed journals of repute and has filed several patents in the area of Crime Scene Investigation and forensic sciences. He has also supervised over 250 students for dissertations and projects (UG and PG) during his teaching tenure.
He has solved a large number of civil and criminal cases and given Forensic opinions in Indian and abroad court cases in various areas like Handwriting examination, signature verification, signature forgery, Bank Frauds Investigation, thefts, murder mysteries, etc., and has presented many Research Papers in National and International Conferences / Seminars/ Workshop in various areas of Forensic Sciences. He possesses an excellent command of developing the industry-academia relationship. He has been involved with the investigation team and in TV talks in very famous cases like Arushi Murder Case, Saumya Murder Case, the Flight Explosion case, etc.
He is an active blogger and YouTuber in forensics, teaching strategies, and research. His effective teaching and research areas are Crime Scene Investigation, Forensic Photography, Forensic Ballistics, Physical Evidence Collection, Blood Spatter Analysis, Forensic Fingerprinting, Question Document Examination, and Instrumentation in Forensic Science.
