Dr. Kumar is an experienced faculty fellow with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, skilled in Polymer Chemistry, Click Chemistry, and Supramolecular Chemistry. Dr. Kumar is a strong Education and Research professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused on "3D crosslinked Polymer synthesis", from the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research Kolkata (IISER Kolkata, 2015-21). Dr. Kumar has qualified both NET and SLET. Dr. Kumar worked as Research Assistant at Gauhati University (2014) and IACS Kolkata (2015). Dr. Kumar worked as Research Associate at IISER Kolkata (2020-21). Dr. Kumar served as Assistant Professor at the Assam Royal Global University (2021-2023). Presently he is working as a faculty fellow at IIT Guwahati (2023). Dr. Kumar's core research focuses on polymer synthesis and material applications such as water purifiers, chemosensors, photoluminescent materials, magnetic materials, and shock resistors.
