About
Hi, I am Jhilik, currently a PhD student in Vision lab, Centre for Neuroscience, IISc, under Prof. S P Arun's supervision. I am working on how familiarity with some object modifies the visual representation of that object in brain, and behaviour. Also, I am studying the role of familiarity in real world scenario like reading development in early readers. Before entering the domain of cognition and neuroscience, I was a student of zoology, with a cytogenetics major. Apart from these topics, I am fascinated by developmental biology, ecology, and psychology.
