About

Dr.Srabanti Maji (Bhunia) is Associate Professor, PG Committee member at DIT University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Originally from West Bengal, India, she has done Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Thapar University in the year 2013.
Her research interests are in various areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Robotics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Data Mining. Dr. Srabanti Maji’s work has been published in leading international conferences and journals, book chapter and funded by several national and international organizations, she is an active member of professional technical and scientific associations such as ACM (Mem. No. 5924689).
Presently he is providing his services in various modes like, reviewer for International Journals and Conferences including Springer, IEEE, Elsevier, Neurocomputing, SN Computer Science, Current Bioinformatics etc. She use computational techniques and statistical technique to work on diseased data for disease and psychological disorder prediction.
She is having 17 years of teaching and 2 years of industrial experience, prior to joining DIT University, Dr. Srabanti has worked at various organizations in Sri Guru Harkrishan College of Management and Technology (SGHCMT) affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab (2005-2015), Thapar Polytechnic and Industry.
