About

Professor (Tenured) at School of Urban Design, Wuhan University, China. His research interests include migration, housing, communities, and urban AI. He used to work at HOK New York and Peking University, and has led more than 10 national and provincial research projects, including the grand of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Ministry of Education of China (MEC) Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Fund. He has published more than 40 papers in Top journals (e.g., Urban Geography, PSP, EGE, Housing Studies) and a monograph by Palgrave Macmillan. He is a member of China Real Estate Young and Middle-aged Scholars 30 Forum (CREs30) and Shenzhen Peacock Plan Talent. The projects he has led and participated in have won the first prize of Excellent Survey and Design Selection of the Ministry of Education, China and the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Platinum Award.
