About

As a PhD student, My main focus is on CaCu3Ti4O12(ccto) Ceramics. It's a high dielectric constant ceramic but dielectric loss for CCTO is still higher (0.1 at 1 kHz) to be used for capacitor application. So I am trying to mix some oxide with CCTO in order to reduce it's loss and then to relate it's dielectric properties to number of phases, micro-structure, Grain/Grain boundary size etc..and to understand physics behind these properties...The application is capacitor.
