About
I'm really passionate about bioinformatics and currently working towards my Ph.D. My research mainly revolves around studying how the microbiome in both humans and the environment affects various diseases and infections. I also spend a lot of time developing tools to automate the reconstruction of genome-scale metabolic models. My goal is to deepen our understanding of how the microbiome influences significant global diseases, with the hope of developing new, patient-focused treatments.
