Dr. Deepak Punetha received Ph.D. degree from Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Patna and Post-doctorate from IIT Bombay. His research work is focused on Electronics Product Design and Technology, Modelling, simulation, and fabrication of Microelectronic Devices including gas sensor, nanogenerator, solar cell, photo detector, etc. He has significant academic and research experience in developing electronics products with several engineering and scientific applications. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in semiconductor technology over a span of twelve years. Currently, he is serving Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
He holds 3 Patents and published more than 90 International research papers including Nature, IEEE Transaction/Journals, ACS, RSC, Wiley, Elsevier, Springer, etc. He has been honored with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and has been listed in “Marquis Who’s Who” for the years 2019 to 2024. He has also been recognized as “Rosalind Member of London Journals Press” and Senior Member of IEEE. He is a member of the editorial board for various International Journals and served as Reviewer, TPC, Keynote speaker, and session chair for many National and International conferences.
