I have published numerous articles in reputed journals and presented papers in IITs, IIMs and Foreign Universities. My current research includes Climate change, employee relation, university attractiveness, organization commitment, quality of work life. My research techniques include quantitative (SPSS, Smart PLS) and qualitative analysis (N-Vivo).
