I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional researcher working full time since Aug-2011 and registered in Ph.D. in Dept. of Biotechnology in Vidyasagar University, Midnapur, West Bengal, India, on14.03.2014.
During my Ph.D. gained extensive and diversified experience across a number of specialists in microbial enzymology. Skilled, responsive, highly reliable and cooperative, precise, flexible, methodical, and strictly following agreements and deadlines. Striving toward continuing professional development.
I have an excellent level of technical and functional knowledge, especially in
Microbiology: Microbiological strain isolation, characterization, molecular characterization, PCR, and storage. Different enzyme profile optimization in solid and
liquid media, media optimization. Enzyme isolation, characterization, optimization,
purification through the column to HPLC chromatography, Paper chromatography,
PAGE, zymogram, MALDI-TOF, different substrate optimization, Km and Vmax, alcohol production, and optimization, Immunology: ELISA, Single, and Double Immuno-diffusion technique, Immuno-electrophoresis, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology techniques.
In middle-level management, where I can utilize my skills and related experience
towards the growth of the organization and getting mutual growth in my career. I am a dedicated professional, enjoy diverse job responsibilities, and can work both
independently and with a team of professionals.
