Avishek Paul received his B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Instrumentation Engineering from the Department of Applied Physics, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India, in 2009 and 2011 respectively. He completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India in 2006. Presently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. His present research interests include biomedical signal analysis and processing, biomedical engineering, instrumentation , robotics and sensor design.
