About

I am an Instructor-Researcher in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology with a focused expertise in the integrative analysis of high-resolution epigenomic sequencing data. My research centers on understanding genome organization and regulatory dynamics through advanced methodologies, including Hi-C, Promoter Capture Hi-C, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, WGBS, EM-seq, and RRBS.

My work bridges computational innovation with biological discovery, contributing to the elucidation of chromatin architecture, transcriptional regulation, and epigenetic modifications in development and disease. I design and implement robust analytical pipelines that support hypothesis-driven research and large-scale data integration, often in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.
In addition to research, I am deeply committed to academic mentorship and curriculum development, fostering the next generation of computational biologists. I actively engage in collaborative projects, grant writing, and publishing, with a long-term goal of contributing to translational research and precision medicine through data-driven insights.
