About
Currently, I am working in a Quantity Control Division at ENANTI Pharma in Visakhapatnam. Responsible for quality control of raw, intermediate and finished materials using HPLC, GC and standard analytical methods.
I am a competent professional with strong analytical ability with multidisciplinary research experience in analytical, organic, natural products, pharmacognosy and bio-guided fractionations. I have good experience in isolation & structural elucidation of natural products, quantifications of bio-active markers and bioavailability studies like in-vitro antiplasmodial screenings using lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity.
Part of my research work has been published in 18 reputed journals in the form of research articles and also, thirty Ayurvedic monographs were reported to the department of AYUSH, the Government of India for inclusion in the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (Vol.4) under "Central Scheme for Developing Drug Standards for Indian Medicine".
I have working knowledge and data interpretation skills of various instruments such as NMR, HPLC, GC, HPTLC, UV, IR, ICP-AES, AAS, FES and other analytical instruments, especially operating NMR (Jeol- 600MHz) for characterization of bio-active molecules.
I want to continue my research work and undertake challenging projects in the area of natural products and AYUSH drugs, which includes the applications of LC & LC-MS, GC & GC-MS, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (liquid & solid mode) and other sophisticated analytical techniques towards structural determination of novel and complex bio molecules.
My strengths are self-motivated, hard-working and disciplined person. Hobbies include, listening to music and cooking. I am always keen to upskill myself by learning new things whenever I got a chance.
