Skilled in conducting original research, publishing findings in academic journals and presenting at conferences. With a keen eye for detail and a creative approach, I consistently deliver high-quality content and visually striking graphics that drive engagement and achieve organizational objectives. Experienced in networking with key resource person, organizing and monitoring national and overseas trainings/webinars/workshops/conclave/summit. Experienced and explored diverse work-culture of the reputed national and international organizations like NABARD, India and JICE, Japan. Worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow for 1.3 years in a World-Bank funded project, National Agricultural Higher Education Project (NAHEP) and contributed significantly to organizing innovative programmes for skill and entrepreneurship development at the first agricultural university of the country, GBPUAT, Pantnagar.
