Dr. Manjusha Silas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Christian Engineering College, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, with over 20 years of rich experience in engineering education. She has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development within the field of electrical engineering.
She completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in 2003 and her Master of Technology in Instrumentation and Control in 2008 from Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, Chhattisgarh. Further strengthening her academic credentials, she was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 2025 by Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, under Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University.
Dr. Silas is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), reflecting her commitment to professional growth and technical education in India. Her research interests encompass fractional-order control systems, optimization techniques, robust stability analysis, and computer-aided power system analysis. Through her sustained efforts in teaching and research, she continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge and academic excellence in electrical engineering.
