About
I am a researcher specializing in inorganic catalysis, with a primary focus on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for catalytic applications. My work centers on the selective oxidation of methane to acetic acid using O₂, exploring reaction mechanisms and optimizing catalytic efficiency. Additionally, I have investigated one-step benzene oxidation to phenol employing MOF-based catalysts. My research portfolio also includes chemoselective nitro reduction using Heusler alloy nanoparticles, achieving high selectivity across diverse functional groups. To complement my experimental work, I perform DFT (Density Functional Theory) calculations using Gaussian software to verify and gain deeper insights into reaction mechanisms at the molecular level.
