• More than 22+ years of Exp. in Managing a Digital Library of ‘NBRC, Manesar, Gurgaon’.
• Established a ‘Digital Library Concept’ at “NBRC, Manesar, Gurgaon, since inception.
• Developed a Library Network for ILL and Provides professional support to NBRC users and Network Centres of NBRC.
• Supervising & Maintaining proper budgetary controls, including the forward planning of library resource requirements for optimal use of Institutional resources.
• Organizing Various Library Committee Meeting at NBRC for implementation of various rules and regulation to manage a Library of Deemed University i.e. NBRC.
• Procured various resources & study materials such as Text books, CD/DVDs, Videos, Audios, and subscribed various National & International Journals (Print & Online) for the NBRC to fulfill the requirements of the users, faculties, scientists, researchers and students.
• Constituted ‘DBT’s Electronic Library Consortium (DeLCON Consortium)’ for 35 Institutions (17 DBT Institutions, and 18 North Eastern Institutions) across all over India and performed duties in capacity as ‘DeLCON Coordinator’ since 1st January 2009.
• Supervising, Managing & administrating A National Bio-Technology Library Consortium i.e. ‘DeLCON Consortia’ single handedly since inception (Year 2009).
• Instrumental in Creating and implementing ‘DeLCON Consortia Policy’ (Rules and Regulation).
• Coordinating with all 35 member Institutions & 21 International Publishers with 1000+ e-Resources for the DeLCON Consortium.
• Organized various meetings such as “DeLCON Steering Committee Meeting”, “DeLCON Review Committee Meeting”, “DeLCON Nodal Officers Meetings”, “DeLCON Negotiation Committee Meeting” etc. every year.
• Daily upkeep of maintenance and updation of DeLCON Consortium Website (i.e. http://delcon.gov.in).
• Analysis Management for Budgetary Controls, Usages Statistics for the ‘DeLCON Consortium’.
• Self-Preparing & Writing a Standing Financial Committee (SFC) and Expenditure Finance Committee (EFC) for the DeLCON Consortium and submitting at DBT & getting approval from DBT for financial budgets for DeLCON at every year.
• Invited Participant in 20 National and International Library Seminars & Conferences
• Published 20 Papers and Presented 24 Papers in the National & International Conferences
• Invited as an Expert Member for NKRC Consortium Negotiation Meetings of NISCAIR (CSIR), at New Delhi.
