I am IT professional having experience of multi-various domains. I am also involved in Academic and Research. I have total 28 years of work experience. I have proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-class scalable data management solution. I have experience of how to take necessary measures in DATA GOVERNANCE; defining additional data management project scope based on the organization requirements, data harmonization (bringing data together of different format), data ingestion (data movement for the further processing), data integration (mediated and materialized), data warehousing and data mining. I have experience of creating and driving organization value and projecting the organization in all possible and real manners with effective use of existing data. I am involved in developing data and information strategy in order to facilitate and enhance organization decision-making and data utilization across the organization. I am involved in developing data-related policies and procedures; designing, improving, and streamlining organizational data systems; and driving innovation in the area of enterprise-wide data science, analysis and visualization. I am working closely with various units to collect, prepare, organize, protect and analyze data assets. I am involved in collecting data from different data sources (acquisition), data cleansing and optimizing including data exploratory/confirmatory/investigation, obtaining the value from data including organizing and analyzing (transforming data to the solution) the huge amount of data and communicating these findings for the better organization decisions/visualizations. I am involved in ppredictive analysis (through use of data, statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques to identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data), regression analysis (through a set of statistical methods used for the estimation of relationships between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables), qualitative analysis (research, teaching, employability, income etc.). I am involved in functional requirements, data architect and enterprise database design, data extraction and data analytics.
Besides, earlier I was engaged with Primary and Higher Education and now engaged with Higher Higher Technical Education. I am dealing with various academic matters, research & innovation, research & planning and research ecosystem, measuring impact of research on society. I was involved in World University Rankings, National / Domestic Rankings. I am engaged in doing case study, bench-mark, performance evaluation (KPIs). I was a key player in bringing the Institute of Eminence tag, fined-tuned the Institute of Eminence website. I was a key player in the External Peer Review & Accreditation process. Fine-tuned the Council of IITs website and I was engaged in maintaining the data at the portal. I have released large numbers innovative documents for the Institute in various dimensions. I am always giving utmost priority to finish the job within the time frame qualitatively and quantitatively in the interest of the Institute with personal interaction, communication, collaboration and cooperation. Always enthusiastic to do something new, having good work spirit, maintaining honesty, transparency and straightforwardness. I am ability to solve the conflicts and issues diplomatically and intelligently.

I have obtained a copyright of the Comprehensive Research Information System; copyright of the Computer Related invention; two more copyright pertaining to software and; one more disclosure of invention is under review by the office of copyright, Govt. of India.
I have some research publications in the international journals and conference proceedings. Some research papers were accepted for the oral presentation in the International Conferences such as 1) IASTED, ACIT, NOVOSIBRISK, RUSSIA, 2) ICMLC, SINGAPORE, 3) WCECS, ICCSA, SAN FRANSISCO, USA, 4) IRED, ACEC, ZURICH, SWITZERLAND.
I have published a Chapter in a book ‘Recent Advances in Mathematical Research and Computer Science’, Vol.2, 2021.
I have received Staff Excellence Award 2019. fellowship from British Computer Society, Chartered Institute of IT,UK and; nominated for Best Academic Researcher Award, announced during 3rd ASDF Global Awards, 2013.
