About

I am an experienced Academic Administrator with over fifteen years of experience working at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, University of North Bengal, where I have managed academic programs, faculty, budgets, strategic planning, online admissions, re-registration, personal contact programmes, and learner support services. Throughout my tenure, I have actively participated in the Standing Committee and Centre for Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA) meetings. I always try to ensure strict adherence to UGC ODL Regulations and oversee the organisation’s operations. My experience encompasses participation in NIRF, NAAC, and government data management initiatives, as well as the management of workshops and seminars. In addition to my role as Deputy Director, I have served as Director-in-Charge for more than five years at CDOE, NBU. Before my current position, I gained more than nine years of experience in the healthcare, logistics, and pharmaceutical industries, where I worked on my skills in administration, personnel management, and operational activities. My qualifications include lead auditor certifications in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
