Dr. Sachin Gupta, a prolific writer, a Man of Letters, an acclaimed academician, a research stalwart, and the more ingenious guide has won accolades not only in the academic field but also in the genre of research. Presently, he is serving in the most exalted University, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (A State Government University Accredited A by NAAC Bengaluru) as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. Dr. Sachin Gupta is an accomplished academician, a distinguished author, a collaborative researcher, and an effective mentor to young scholars. Truly, he is a visionary in the field of Business Administration with exceptional theoretical and applied contributions to the subject. Little did he know that this inclination towards a subject could ignite his passion in ways that would lead him to make global records.
He is considered a master of professional academic work. He has earned his, D.Litt. in Management Sciences from Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University, Sambalpur, Odisha. M.Phill & Doctorate degree (Ph.D) from the Department of Business Administration, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He completed his Post Graduate Degrees specialities- One in Business Administration (Master of Commerce) from the Department of Business Administration, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and another in Finance (MBA-Finance) From Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Dr. Gupta cracked UGC NET Exam in Management. He obtained his B.Com degree from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, completed Executive Development Programme in Advanced Financial Management from XLRI-Jamshedpur, Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Finance from IIM Indore, completed UGC Sponsored Diploma Programme in IFRS from Ramanujan College, University of Delhi.
Dr. Gupta observed that Entrepreneurship and innovation are playing a key role in the development and modernization of India. Entrepreneurship and innovation are also attaining new peaks every year in our country and all these developments are in conformation with the liberalization and globalization wave. As a matter of fact, his research fervour and academic zeal primarily focus on Business administration, Entrepreneurship, Incubation and Start-ups. His prodigious research talent gave him leverage to write as many as fifty-five research papers on Commerce & Management and since 2017 some of his research papers earned global recognition. He presented fifty research papers at different national and international conferences. His claim as a researcher was never unfounded as one of his research papers was lauded at 4th Singapore International Conference on Social Science & Humanities (ICSSH), 13-14th November, 2019.
Delivered more than 100 Extension/Guest Lectures in India and abroad. His insatiable craving for research got stimulus under the aegis of UGC and HRD. One Major Research Project was funded by Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education (MGNCRE)- Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. His able guidance inspired even many young teachers to wade into the ocean of research and He has guided several PhDs and MPhil candidates. 7 Ph.D research scholars have been conferred a Ph.D Doctoral degree under the guidance of Dr. Gupta and has guided one M.Phil. Dissertation. Currently, there are five research scholars working under him as registered Ph.D students.
His core subjects are Entrepreneurship & Technology Innovation, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Sustainable livelihood and Micro Enterprise Development, Micro Skillpreneurship Development, Corporate Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur Dr. Gupta served as Associate Professor & Head, Chairperson-Doctoral Research at Department of Management Studies, JECRC University, Jaipur (Rajasthan), Assistant Professor & Programme- Coordinator MBA-Executive FMS-The IIS University, Jaipur, His sincere and committed efforts received applause from eminent personalities including MHRD and AICTE Chairman.
Dr. Gupta has Fifteen National & International Patents & One Copyright to his credit. Dr. Gupta through his research wishes to implement centre- state govt.
