Dr. Binod Kumar is Dean (Internatioal Relations) & Professor at Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering , Pune , affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. He is having more than 25 years of experience in various capacities in research, teaching and academic administration. He has obtained PhD (Computer Sc.) in 2010. He is elected as member of Board of Studies in Computer Science, Engineering and Technology at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He have been nominated for “Distinguished Professor Award” from Bestow Edutrex International Award 2020. He has received “InSc Research Excellence Award 2020” by Institute of Scholars.He worked as Associate Professor at School of Engineering and Computer Technology, Quest International University, MALAYSIA .He published 08 patents and 02 International Patents are granted. Under his supervision 07 students have completed PhD and 08 students are pursuing PhD under Savitribai Phule Pune University ,Pune , India. He is reviewer of Journals like Elsevier, SpringerPlus and TPC of various IEEE sponsored conferences. He has been associated with Technical Program Committee member (TPC) of various conferences. He is Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He has published three books, three chapters (IGI Global, USA) , and nearly 45 papers in International & National Journals (Scopus)/Conferences. His areas of interest are Machine Learning .
