About
His research interests include modeling, simulation, fabrication and Characterization of Carbon nanotube based interconnects for ultra deep sub-micron technologies. He is also interested in ultra low-k dielectrics for future interconnects, thermal management in 3D ICs and crosstalk, EMI-EMC issues in nanoscale interconnects. He is an invited reviewer of international peer reviewed journals like Journal of Computational electronics, Microelectronics Reliability, International Journal of Electronics, etc. He is a Member of the IEEE and IAENG, Hong Kong.
