Dr. S. Ramkumar currently serves as an Associate Professor at Christ University, Bangalore. He obtained his MCA degree from Karunya University and his M.Phil. degree from Karpagam University. With 13 years of teaching experience and 11 years dedicated to research, Dr. Ramkumar has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. His primary research interests include Bio-Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, Brain-Computer Interfaces, and Machine Vision. Dr. Ramkumar is a member of the editorial boards and a reviewer for several SCI, SCIE, and Scopus-indexed journals, both in India and internationally. His research articles have garnered over 650 citations on Scopus, 1000+ citations on Google Scholar, and 250+ citations on Web of Science (WoS). He has actively organized numerous conferences, faculty development programs, training sessions, seminars, and guest lecturers for both faculty and students. Dr. Ramkumar has also chaired sessions and delivered keynote addresses at multiple international conferences. He has provided hands-on training in MATLAB, Power BI and Tableau to students and research scholars during national seminars and conducted training programs for school teachers and students to enhance their knowledge of emerging technologies. Dr. Ramkumar has been recognized with gold, silver, and bronze medals at national and international exhibitions for his research innovations in Machine Vision and Human-Computer Interfaces. He has filed three patents and has secured funded projects from prestigious agencies such as DST and CSIR with worth of 32,00,000.As an author, Dr. Ramkumar has written several textbooks, including Java for Beginners, Magic Book for Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning: Master the Tricks in 10 Days, Problem Solving Using C and C++, and Basics of Internet with Web Design.
